Every client of ARI Private Client Group goes through the same foundational process: a real conversation, a careful review, a tailored program, and an ongoing partnership. Here is what that looks like in practice.
Our first meeting is not a sales call and it is not a quote request form. It is a conversation about your life: your properties, your collections, your vehicles, your family structure, and any unusual risks or exposures that keep you up at night. We want to understand the full picture before we say anything about coverage. This conversation takes 30 to 45 minutes and can happen in person, by phone, or over video. There is no obligation and no pressure. If we are not the right fit for your situation, we will tell you.
Once we understand your situation, we review your existing coverage every policy, every carrier, every gap. Most high-net-worth clients we meet are either underinsured on specific assets, carrying duplicate coverage in others, or structured in a way that leaves liability exposure between policies. We document what you have, identify what is missing, and flag anything that concerns us. You leave this review with a clear picture of where your coverage stands regardless of whether you choose to work with us.
We design your insurance program as a single, coordinated structure not a collection of separate policies. Estate and property coverage through Chubb Masterpiece or a comparable admitted carrier. Fine art and collectibles placed with a Lloyd's syndicate or specialist underwriter. Umbrella and excess liability sized to your actual exposure not a default limit. Watercraft, aviation, and specialty lines placed where the market is deepest. Every program is reviewed for gaps, overlaps, and coverage triggers. Before we place anything, you understand exactly what you have and why.
We work directly with underwriters, brokers, and specialty markets to place your coverage. For complex programs multiple properties, fine art collections, aviation, or high umbrella limits this process can take time to do properly. We will tell you upfront how long to expect and keep you informed throughout. Once your program is placed, we walk you through every policy: what it covers, what it excludes, who to call, and what to do first if something goes wrong.
Your coverage is not a set-and-forget arrangement. We conduct an annual portfolio review with every client comparing your current program against any changes in your asset base, market conditions, and carrier appetite. If you acquire a new property, add to your art collection, or make a significant life change, we want to know before renewal not after a claim. You have direct access to Stella. Not a general intake line. Not a ticketing system. If something happens, you call us and we advocate on your behalf with the carrier from the first conversation.
Claims handling is the moment that defines an advisory relationship. When you experience a loss whether it is a fire at your primary residence, damage to a piece in your collection, or a significant liability claim ARI Private Client Group is your first call. We know your policy. We know your carrier. We know your situation. We stay with you through the claims process: helping you document the loss, communicating with the adjuster, and making sure the settlement reflects the actual value of what you lost. This is not something that happens automatically with every broker. It is the reason our clients stay.
If you would like to understand how this process applies to your specific situation, we welcome a conversation. There is no cost and no obligation just a candid discussion about whether ARI Private Client Group is the right fit for your portfolio.
